Our company began managing homes 17+ years ago on behalf of out-of-state clients, also known as “snowbirds”. They kept a seasonal home in Florida - many of these homes were located within gated neighborhoods, apartment buildings, and/or senior communities where homeowners with these substantial investments also have to peacefully cooperate with their neighbors in managed shared areas.
While Barnett Property Management was maintaining the properties, preserving values and sometimes even maximizing returns for “mom-and-pop” landlords, it did not take long for our clients and homeowners to seek our help with their community pools, clubhouses, and other common areas. It was our problem solving abilities, efficiency, one-on-one style, and superb property management that has allowed us to excel in multi-unit building environments for over a decade.
Regardless of the community size, once engaged by a Condominium or Homeowners’ Association, we can insert licensed and insured employees on-site, even if required to be under a Master Lease, the same day we are called. Our specialty are residential properties, whether a multi-unit building, a neighborhood of single family homes, or a mixed use (primarily residential) community, we manage properties to maximize their values.
